Everybody’s Fine Trailer
Well tis’ the season for holiday movies. So, break out the lights and ornaments. Perhaps some tissue for this film.

A remake of a 1990 Italian film. This film follows a recent widower. Frank Goode (Robert DeNiro) lost his wife 5 months ago. Now as the holiday season approaches. Frank sets out against his doctors orders to see his children. Frank’s four children are spread out through the United States. Frank’s fear of flying forces him to travel by buses and trains.

Upon arriving at his first stop. Frank finds his youngest son isn’t home. So, Frank travels on. This traveling takes place through out the film. And at each destination some excuse is found by Frank’s children not to hang out.

There are layers to this film which will give away more than I care to. The all star cast of Sam Rockwell, Kate Beckinsale and Drew Barrymore can’t save this film. Not saying the film is bad. Saying it could have been better. The film will bring emotions out of you. But, you have to wait the entire movie to feel anything. For this being a “Christmas” film. It was far from anything of the sort.
